Atulya Nayan of Jainism (ANOJ)
The Atmanusandhan Foundation, located in the vibrant city of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, stands as a beacon of the eternal teachings of Jainism and the profound omniscience of the Tirthankaras. Founded by Dr. Atulbhai Babulal Shah, whose inspiration was drawn from his father, Shri Vimalkumar (Babulal) Sarabhai Shah, the Foundation embodies a steadfast commitment to the principles of Jainism. Dr. Atulbhai nurtured the seeds of this initiative with unwavering dedication and faith, cultivating a global mission to illuminate the path of self-realization. Today, through its transformative chapter, Atulya Nayan of Jainism (ANOJ), the Foundation presents Jainism with a fresh, unparalleled perspective, inviting the world to embrace its timeless wisdom.
Our Mission
Atmanusandhan Foundation and ANOJ envision Jainism not merely as a religion but as an art of living, a harmonious blend of theism and non-theism, and a pathway to self-realization. We are committed to uniting Jain communities, revitalizing the Tirthankaras’ legacy of peace and non-violence, and inspiring individuals to walk the path of enlightened vision. Together, we aim to establish Jainism as a universal philosophy that transcends cultural and geographical boundaries, offering a blueprint for a compassionate and enlightened world.

How We Started Trust
I have a heartfelt desire to engage in work related to Jainism that will elevate its flag worldwide and promote the principle of non-violence. In today's modern world, violence has increased to such an extent that the teachings of Jainism can help control the rampant violence we see globally. The principles articulated by our Tirthankaras are beneficial for the entire world; therefore, the most advantageous principle for global peace is the sentiment of Maitreyah (friendliness and compassion)!

Finding Our way through
We are conducting research on Jainism and the architecture of ancient civilizations worldwide. We are also trying to explore facts and history related to the migration of Jains from various countries and regions in changing environments. Our research and study will not only focus on the diminishing evidence of Jainism but will also conduct in-depth investigations into how other religions have altered and claimed Jain temples and statues of Tirthankaras for their own religious purposes.
